Maybe it's because I'm not old enough to recall or have witnessed Andre Dawson's days with the Expos ...
Sure, he played the majority of his career in Montreal ...
But if you ask me, Dawson made his biggest impact with the Cubs. The height of his popularity was in Chicago, and his MVP season in 1987 was arguably the best of his career.
Clearly, the the Hall's preference is preserving the history of the Expos.

You know Facebook is becoming ubiquitous when even my 78-year-old grandmother and her even older siblings have an account - and she even knows how to use it! She still doesn't have email completely understood but loves Facebook for keeping her in touch. Crazy. Even in the early college days of Facebook, I could never imagine I would use it to keep in touch with all of my elderly relatives as well.
